We like to let anyone interested in booking with Image In Love Photography that we are always transparent from our prices to what we offer and how we offer it. When you work with us you can expect the following:
- We respond and get back to any inquiry within 1 hour or less on weekdays and 24 hours or less on a weekend (usually on a shoot with clients).
- We like to make things easy – with communication. We ask that you let us know what is on your mind as far as budget, what you hope to have captured and any other ideas you may have. We also understand that this is a new thing for most people and that is where we can help with any questions you may have.
- After we have a conversation and go over everything we can send over a proposal with all that we talked about. You simply fill out a few questions in a form through the web, you sign it electronically and we ask for a 30% down payment by using a credit card. Its all done in one place nice and easy. After that you are all set!
- During the time before the date of the shoot, we understand that things may change like times and locations. We are always available to do a call or a quick text or answer emails to make sure that we are all on the same page. We will also check in a couple weeks before with an email to just make sure everything is set.
- On the Day of, we arrive early to scope out the location and the layout. We will be bright eyed, caffeinated and ready to photograph! We look for angles and lighting to make the images look as beautiful as possible.
- We deliver your photos to you in 3 weeks or less and usually they get there in less time than that! You will get access to a private gallery that you will be able to download and print from. You will have full rights to all of your images and you can have them printed anywhere you like. They are all edited, high resolution, and there will be no water marks on them. You will also be able to share your gallery with friends and family so they will have the same access that you have.
